Never take out Rim and Tyre warranty with innovation group,they will never pay your claims

Innovation group is ripping people off ,they never approve claims.I logged a claim for my Tyre that got damaged by pothole,they told me they don't cover it because i got a puncture from the pothole.Whats the point of having a tyre warranty if they wont cover punctures caused by pothole,What exactly am i paying for.Horrible service by these *********
