NEVER GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN FROM INNOVATION GROUP. - WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. So Innovation Group, has refused to replace my windscreen wipers, my air filter and my front brakes. They said that they replaced the windscreen wipers and airfilter last year so they wont replace them again this year!!!! My kilometers are over 45000km but they refuse to replace the breaks ! Disgusting service. What is the point of getting an extended warranty ? These are basic items that need to be replaced!! Disgusted. If you are interested in getting an extended warranty - please do not go to Innovation Group.
