Never ever recomend INNOVATION GROUP
I have decided to trade in my vehicle in Feb so before i finally decide that i going to do so i confirm with innovation Group that i dont need to continue paying the service plan as i has confirm withe the customer care and there inform me that there will refund the money that i have already paid on the policy because i never have a claim i just need to wait 20 working day an now im still waiting every time i phone in there just informing me that there still busy with the matter and it will be resalvr soon
