When it comes to general service, I have no complaints. Never ever pay for the additional covers ( like battery, brakes and wipers). They will run tests for days and end up not paying. The car's battery was giving issues when its cold , is older then 3 yrs but they still didn't want to change it and keep in mind you are car less in those days when they run tests.
