Never answer calls! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
<p>I have been trying to get a hold of innovation group for 2days now with no success!! I have been holding for an hour!!! (disgusted) imagine how much airtime I used!</p> <p>Innovation group mechanical warranty is failing us!!! they dont care how much you spend trying to get a hold of them or even the inconvenience caused apoun waiting!</p> <p>my claim needs to be authorised! my car has been at the workshop for 2days now. This is a huge inconvenience for me as I am highly pregnant and now i have to use public transport.</p> <p> </p> <p>YOU ARE FAILING US INNOVATION USELESS GROUP!</p>
