NEDBANK INSURANCE AND INNOVATION GROUP REJECT CLAIMS UNFAIRLY
EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT GET VEHICLE WARRANTY WITH NEDBANK INSURANCE OR INNOVATION GROUP,
Innovation group stated my claim was rejected due to an oil pump failure being an pre exisiting condition, yet mechanic found broken chain guides when opening the engine, so how was the vehicle operating on a pre exisiting condition with broken chain guides. nadbank insurance sold me this policy that started with technical problems preventing me to even claim at the start.
Very bad service, inexperienced staff and i am still taking this rejection of claim forward to the National Financial Services Ombud Scheme of SA (NFOSA)
