My Insurance siding with the repairer

I called innovation group regarding the problem with my car ( BMW 320I) and was advised to take the car to the repairer so they can sent them a quotation , I took my car to BMW where they did the diagnosis and confirmed that the problem with my car is the Valve stem seals ( meaning we need to replace the whole Cylinder Head Gasket SET), but they couldn't do it at BMW because they were fully booked.<br> I then took my car to the nearest repairer, they contacted Innovation group with the quotation , however innovation group initially approved R25000, which was later reduced to R21000, and did not even bother calling me to tell me as to why only that amount.<br> before taking the car to the repairer, I explained to them as to what the problem is and what needs to be replaced, and they said its ok I must bring the car to them they will do the job. their quotation included a lot of things that i did not request.<br> Innovation group, insists that I must replace all those things, they are taking the repairer' side. the manufacturers of the car said only CYL head gasket set should be replaced. why do want to replace unnecessary things? why don't you listen to me? someone must call me and explain!<br>
