My car is broken and innovation refuse to pay

Hi I have a policy with innovation group and I have been paying my policy quite well and I never defaulted, now I need their services for my car to be fixed now stories comes up, I their excuse is my odometer is not working but they paid a claim before while my odometer was still not working because they said to me as long as my car is regularly serviced no problem now all of a sudden it's a problem whereas it wasn't a problem before I just don't understand what the hell is going on here as the ****** company always go into my bank account to get money now they can't honour their promise to me. People out there must be very careful of this company as they reap people off and never fulfil, I heard lots of stories about this innovation group but I never thought it will one day happen to me but ****** this is now happening to me. Now i have to spend money that I don't have to fix my car whereas the reason I opted for motor warranty policy is to avoid spending money that I don't have but now I have to perform a miracle to get my car fixed meanwhile I thought I got it covered so people beware of this ***** company that ***** from the poor.
