Motormend warranty is worth it :)

I would like to thank Motormend for effectively assisting me in my time of need. My Golf 5 GTi broke down suddenly in the middle of the road and I had no idea what to do. I called my insurance who had the car towed back home. I then contacted Motormend and explained everything and the agent was very understanding and explained the process to me. She told me I must have the car towed to the nearest RMI approved dealer (which I got from them- Bosch). They arranged the towing in a professional manner and kept me updated. The next day they told me that my alternator was faulty. They contacted my warranty and the claim was approved and the repairs were carried on the next day. I was so impressed by the way everything was handled. Motormend really came through for me because I would be left to foot the huge bill myself had I not had the warranty so thank you very much! I get real value for my money :) and I hope it always stays like this.
