Motor Warranty plan, innovation underiten by Standard Bank, don't be fooled,

Do not be fooled by innovation motor warranty, having this policy its you putting your money in the bin hoping when you need it you will find it. I recently had my car cooling system failed, a quotation was generated and Was R39 000 plus, innovation group told me they only pay R8 500. I am by the way on the highest plan. This means I have to cover R31000, how possible is this ? If you are having a warranty with them just know that you will cry later, I don't know which cars cooling system amount to R8 500, They are ****ers according to me. When i spoken to the manager he told me that standard Bank is the one approving this, and I'm disappointed on this, all they know is taking money from you, If you don't want to regret look for another warranty plan
