MISLEADING INFORMATION AND VERY POOR SERVICE

I was made to sign up for tyre and rims policy through FALSE Advertising, The lady who called said that for only R50 per month, innovation will replace my tyre at no cost to me. 0nly to find out after submitting a claiming that innovation will only pay R1500 per claim. Knowing what I was told during sales, I have since asked for that recording, two times already but it has been over 3 months since the first request was made & two weeks since the second request and innovation is not mailing it to me. I escalating this matter.
