Mishandling Of Clients Personal Details

I am an Innovation Group client and currently my two policies are being cancelled because of wrong information provided to me to take the service plan services.

I was utterly and thoroughly disgusted on Thursday 14 June 2018 when I received an email from Innovation Group containing call recording and written contract of another client of theirs. The call recording and the contract contain personal information of this client ID no, acc no, physical address everything.

They made a mistake, I mean a very costly mistake when it comes to handling their client personal details. If such information falls in the wrong hands, a lot of damage can be done.

I am contemplating to cobtact this client and let them know or report Innovation Group to Ombudsmen, this is unacceptable .
