MFC warrenty

<p>My BMW required a VVT motor replacement and it was rejected by MFC because it was seen as an external engine part. The VVT drives the valves and works with internal engine components.The car goes into limp mode when the VVT fails and this is very very dangerous. I still to this date, have not understand the reason for this part not being covered. I pay my monthly fees and deserve a whole lot better service that what I receieved. You guys worry about your own pockets and not the safety of your clients. </p>
