MFC Power-up Plan 4

I took out the MFC power-up plan to cover my new vehicle. My vehicle went in for her service and a claim had to be made. I was told that the power up plan 4 covers everything. It has cost me over R7k due to brake disks not being covered. I feel that I was conned into believing that my vehicle will be covered in full.
