Mfc innovation group doesn't pay claims

I took my car to nissan cmh and star nissan for a service and one of the things that were supposed to be replaced was my brake pads and discs. But I was told that they are on spec and innovation group cant cover them. The discs have been skimmed more than three times bcuz I was complaining about the skwiky sound from the brakes and vibration . The car is no longer safe anymore because when I apply the brakes it vibrates and it seems as if its loosing control and the noise is just too much. I pay monthly for this cover but MFC innovation group doesn't help. So disappointed with the service
