MAXI - Service is a joke!! what am i paying for??!

I was promised the world, and get S.H.I.T. I lodged a claim Ref IVM03504, 10 days ago. After numerous calls to your call center I am STILL waiting for a call from your so-called SERVICE PROVIDER, United?! Not to mention the incompetence and arrogance of your staff, especially a lady in the claims department called Ferdie, who seems to think it's ok to cut clients off while still talking to her!! How long does it take to get a claim sorted?? how many phone calls??? you are quick to take my money every month, until I need you, THEN YOU ARE NOWHERE. I should have known there is NOTHNIG different to your call center than any other! I demand my claim be paid out to me, I will REPLACE my appliance with YOUR money, seeing that you are not willing to assist me, otherwise we let the OMBUD make the decision
