Making it impossible to get your refund
This company INNOVATION GROUP tries to makes it impossible for customers to claim a refund from them that a customer is entitled to.
The process to join them and pay your premium every month is made easy but as soon as you have to claim from them according to THEIR rules, then they make sure it is as difficult as it can be.
Think twice before you subscribe to this company.
