Make you wait 30 minutes on the line and still nothing.
<p>I have never experiance something so ridiculous as making a client wait over 30 minutes on the line to get hold of the relveant person I need to speak to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Charlen and Tsolofelo, this is extremely unacceptable. This is an extremely urgent and imporant matter regarding legal matters.</p>
