I would not recommend Innovation group to any one - i have never received such bad service in my life

The consultants are *********** and they give out wrong information .

My husband and i own 2 cars and they are both covered under Innovation group but on different Policy numbers .

I had logged a claim for a battery for one of the vehicles and i was refunded . subsequently i had an issue with the second car and i bought a battery as well expecting to get a refund and i was told that the first vehicle i was not supposed to be refunded for as the consultant confirmed incorrectly.

how can we take policy with such groups where consultant confirms wrong benefit and clients are not made aware so that in future we dont claim for the benefit which is not covered .

Please take your covers somewhere else if you dont want to be frustrated by innovation group.
