Kick in the back for loyal service!!!

I am writing this review while I am in utter shock on how Innovation Group treats their loyal clients. We have been clients for many years and we have spend around a half a million rand on policies with this group over the years and we hardly ever claimed. We currently have 15 active policies and when we wanted to claim the stories came, the empty promises and the kick in the backside for years of being a loyal client. I can not believe that any company can treat a client as badly as what Innovation Group has done. Please think carefully before using them as your service provider
