when a warranty says you will be refunded 'pro-rata' if you do not claim on your vehicle warranty they can actually deduct more than 50% before refunding you, as I found out. I cancelled +-5 months into a 24 month vehicle warranty contract that had no claims against it and had more than 50% deducted from my refund.
