innovations group of ******

Innovation group is just a bunch of ******. They wanted me to pay for services that i was not informed off by their consultants, however through the recordings they were forced to acknowledge their ********** behaviour. What pises me off is that they stopped the contract but continued to deduct from my account for 7 months now. I have contacted them and they have since said someone will call me for my refund, but everytime when i call them they say that the person who is supposed to assist me is not available and she will call me back as soon as she is back. It is now over a month trying to call innovations without any assistance.
