Innovation vehicle warranty is a ****
Their service is terrible when one has to make a claim. Our vehicle has been at the Ford workshop in East London for 3 weeks awaiting authorization from this company. We are not getting any co operation from them as they keep cutting our calls and do not come back to us. They were reachable when they were selling us the policy and now that we are making a claim they are not co operating. My advice is to stay away from them.
