Innovation untouchable #win

I went to Jeep Boksburg to take out an extended warranty on my vehicle was assisted by a lady who have since resigned my policy document clearly states my dates 2018 to 2022 or 120000 km whichever comes first. I have been told that the contact was done in error as it was to end at 73000 and not 120000 and it has now been canceled as the consultant made a mistake. I have tried to reason with Jackie from innovation and I have been told that warranties does not fall under a financial advisory act and there is nothing I can do. So being misled by a consultant from innovation makes them untouchable.
