Innovation Tyre and Rim Warranty is a ****

I was forced to take a compulsory Innovation Group tyre warranty when I purchased my Audi Q5 from We Buy Cars, because the dealer gets a 12.5 % commission from the Insurance. My challenge is that my claims get rejected. I have been trying to find assistance for a few months. Both rear tyres were damaged by multiple nails at N1 when I was travelling from a holiday in January. I have to inflate them daily. My SUV alignment was also affected. Innovation says my tires have wear and tear problem, so they can't entertain my claim. What's surprising is that the thread size is still within regulation limits. Secondly, the tires were almost in the same condition when the warranty was initiated. I only travelled about 20 000 km. I am very frustrated.
