Innovation the worst, your better off without them

The worst experience ever a bunch of theves, I had a problem with my car the gearbox had issues when I took it to the workshop to get repaired, they found there was a problem with the gearbox and the mechatronics as it is a dsg gearbox, the workshop sent the claim through for the gearbox and that was approved, however there was issues with the mechatronics and when they tried to claim for that, innovation declined the claim stating that the mechatronics is part of the gearbox, upon reading the contract it states that the mechatronics is covered under the management side, so when I asked the innovation why is this, they cannot give me a answer just that they will not pay also, I had the worst attitude for there representatives who actually gave me the ombudsman contact details just to be corky with me it seems like they are used to this situation asthey take your money every month with no intention of giving you what you payed for I asked to be called back by one of the superiors and none has had the decency to return a call that the customer has requested of the calls drops while you are the phone with them, do t hold your breath you will not get the call
