Innovation (Supergroup) lying to clients
I renewed a warranty on my jeep with jeep east rand mall in June 2019. I received a call on the 06 August 2019 two months after the full renewal of my maintanence plan which I paid R51287.48 for.
My signed contract clearly states from current odometer reading 54059 to 120000 or 2022 which ever comes first. The day I received this call and I will not disregard my agreeing to what the gentleman said but if I listen to this call besides the fact that you can hear I was not paying full attention,it was purposely misleading. The mere fact that he **** and said its the same perimeters I am covered for currently which was not the case and that being said with me not having the contract in front of me and being distracted I assumed it was true. He mentions my plan was only for 20kilometers and my initial policy was only from 100000 to 120000 and I stated I do not understand because my vehicle has only 54000 kilos currently. He also acknowledges that "he is not sure how it got to that point" but they offered it to me in black and white. Why would I knowingly agree to something I paid so much money for ...
My husband is now sitting in Durban where he tried to do the 75000 service on and we cannot do that due to the fact that I was mislead by these people. Not even one service cost R51 thousand rand . I even spoke to Jeep and they agreed with the fact that this was the offer and it was signed off with supergroup.
