Innovation Insurance refuses to help nor reply to my mails, calls why am i paying?

Pathetic unacceptable behaviour or regard for me as a client. Clinton Lewis refuses to help I pay for insurance which does absolutely nothing to assist me as a client. Innovation group are *****ing my money getting rich while i am constantly suffering.
