INNOVATION HAS *****ED ME OVER!!!

I have a warranty policy with Innovation Group, i paid all my premiums on time every month without fail.<br> now that i need to claim because my car broke down due to the clutch, Innovation Group tells me it will not pay out my policy.<br> <br> i spoke to Sipho Mtshali who is the claims manager at Innovation Group, he tells me that the clutch had failed due to Normal where and tear(refers to the deterioration arising through the use or age of your Vehicle and which does not result in actual mechanical failure), which is not the case.<br> <br> my issue is that my clutch got worn out and HAS resulted in a mechanical failure(refers to the unforeseen failure of any of the components specifically listed under the \Components Covered"section"
