Innovation group(mfc)

I ve accepted a telephonicaly service plan for my car with innovation group at the monthly premium was added to my car installment i dd nt have a problem i only service the car 2 x and when i go for the 3rd time was told that my contract is expired last but even today im still paying the monthly premium and i call mfc to send mr the contract since last year i ve received thr contract because we did it via telephone what must i do please help me
