Innovation Group Will Take Your Money and Refuse to Pay!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Innovation Group. After paying over R10,000 for a service plan, I expected reliable coverage for my vehicle’s servicing needs. However, when the time came to claim, they found every possible excuse to decline it.

Their approach feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid payouts, using fine-print loopholes and arbitrary reasons to reject valid claims. It’s infuriating to pay such a significant amount upfront, only to be told that your service isn’t covered for reasons they conveniently "discover" when you actually need the benefit.

To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unhelpful. There’s no empathy, no real effort to assist, and absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. Once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about resolving issues or honoring their commitments.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH INNOVATION GROUP! They will gladly take your hard-earned cash and refuse to pay out when you need them the most.

I will never use this company again and strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice. There are far better, more reliable alternatives out there – avoid the frustration and financial loss!

If your business operated with integrity, you wouldn’t need a department entirely dedicated to complaints.
