Innovation Group will double debit your account.

I took a Motorwise Car Warranty which was handled by the Innovation Group. They authorised the bank financing my Vehicle to debit the warrany premiums , AND at the same time they were debiting my account as well. I spent three months of being double debited. I tried to resolve the issues but the consultants (Zinhle) kept on making promises that they will call me back to let me know about the refunds - which they didnt. I just cancelled the premium as they kept on double debiting my account - which is a disturbing and frustrating situation. I wouldn't like to see anyone going through such pain going forward and would like to let people know what they are getting themselves into by taking any form of Insurance from the Innovation Group.
