Innovation Group Warranty Insurance is beyond useless
When I signed up with Auto and General for an extended warranty for my vehicle, I did not expect in the least bit that their outsourced party -ie. Innovation, would be as *********** as they have been the past few weeks. Between A&G and them, I'm not sure which one is worse...customer services should be renamed customer disservice. First there has been a complete failure between A&G and Innovation to communicate registering my policy with Innovation... this took more than a week to resolve, after continuous calls from me. Blame was shifted between A&G and Innovation, forgetting that their in house incompetency is causing a delay for me. In the meantime my car was long enough at Mercedes Benz as they waited for Innovation to sort themselves out..I'm sure my car has babies by now. I had to prove to Innovation that I do indeed have an extended warranty policy. Eventually Innovation has sent out an assessor who took his own sweet time to submit his report...I guess he was using the report as a napkin to wipe his mouth after eating lunch. There is clearly no sense of urgency. Now for the amusing part...the assessor's report differs from the technicians at MB. So they're "deciding" whether to approve the waterpump, as the assessor agrees with that, but according to the Innovation assessor the thermostat isn't a problem at all as per MBenz's report....I guess plastic thermostats are unable to melt when the car overheats...it must be made of some special plastic that I have never come across, because the assessor finds nothing wrong with it.. Wow, I would really dread asking him for advice if his knowledge is so admirable.
Really, I think Innovation should change their name to Uninventiveness or Obsolete.
In the meantime, I'm still without my car...I guess I should wait hopefully - fingers crossed, for 3 weeks for it to be remotely resolved.
