Innovation group waranty

Innovation group have been giving me the run around for the past 2 months.they initially declined my claim due to my car having an aftermarket exhaust system. When I requested the recording of the call from when I took the policy they suddenly approved my claim but said I will no longer have a policy with them.it has been a week now of calling for paymen***** always a different excuse.yesterday the person that took my call was bonle seabi(not sure of spelling)and she said she was the payments administrator for innovation group.she assured me that payment will be done by today morning.still there was no payment.called again and asked to speak to her.she says she is processing it and cut the call.i tried calling back but they just cut the call.i don't understand why they can't just pay and get it over with
