Innovation group... the business equivalent of the year 2020

One star is more than what this bull **** group deserves.

This is the second Hello Peter review. After logging a complaint and promises of resolution I am sitting on the line again wondering whether Putso, Curtis and Lwando are all too busy to revert to back.

Putso is MIA.

The last promise (on Friday the 4th) was that Lwando would call me back personally on Tuesday (the 8th). Hasn't happened.

The mysterious Curtis was busy in a meeting (mind you this is the person to whom the escalation was made). Not only has he not bothered to contact me, today (when I do the calling) he is still in a meeting. He must be getting paid to be in meetings... because he clearly can't find 2 minutes or 2MBs to contact me.

I emailed Dikeledi for an update on Tuesday, only to be told the complaints team will contact me the following day (Wednesday). Hasn't happened. She could not even be bothered to check state of the cancelation request is.

Busisiwe has now kindly offered to help me escalate to Priya (who happens to be in the meeting with Priya as we speak LOL. Maybe I should have asked Busi to book me a meeting instead of sending a mail.

Long story short: the innovation group is a bull **** service that no one deserves to experience.
