Innovation group service plan

I took service plan with them and they never emailed the contract to me. Last year I was told my service plan is fineshed. I took the car for servicing 3 times and now I am paying for what I don't know according to them I am owing them so I cannot canceled the contract. I will finish paying them in July according to them. I cannot take a car for serving cause my service is finished but I have to pay. I phoned them today I was on the line for 1 hour without picking up the call. Finally I got them I asked for my contract to be emailed and they promised to do so but they never did that.
