Innovation group service is pathetic
Took out a extended warranty with innovation group. Has been paying my premiums since January 2023. Have requested my policy documents since January. As I don't even know what my policy number is. Not very happy with their service. Will definitely not recommend them.

14 Mar 2023, 14:52Received a call from their customer service requesting my email address. Sent it to them and they sent me incorrect policy documents. Policy documents received belong to someone else. Very unprofessional . Spoke to a lady by the name of Busisiwe at least that is what she said her name was.
