Innovation Group service delivery failure

I called Innovation group on Thursday 29 February 2024 to confirm if my extended warranty is still valid. The service was amazing. I was told my extended warranty expires 01 May 2024 and the wording of my policy was promptly e-mailed to me. I found an e-mail sent to me 30 May 2023 confirming that my extended warranty expires 01 May 2024.

I was advised to take my vehicle to Ford or any RMI establishment so they can do a diagnostic on the vehicle. I took it to Ford and a diagnostic was done. The minute I wanted to claim I was informed my warranty expired. I am baffled.

Shadrack Dlomo called me on Tuesday to confirm my case is currently with management.

I still haven't received any feedback.

I do not have another vehicle and cannot do anything because my vehicle is currently with Ford, awaiting your feedback. The longer they take to respond, the more it's costing me money.

We had to rent a vehicle this weekend for prior arrangements made.

The contact number on their signature doesn't work.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

I have been financing my vehicles with MFC for almost 11 years to date.

I have called numerous times, numerous numbers and spoke to numerous people without any success.

Their ignorance seems deliberate.

I am so disappointed and will never recommend their service.
