Innovation Group robbing people

Hi<br> <br> I'm currently in the process of extending a motor vehicle warranty with the Innovations group, Johannesburg. I was given a PDF document quote and after making payment I was told that the quote sent to me was incorrect. My policy won't be activated and I must pay the shortfall. So in a nutshell they are trying to get people to pay additional money into their account after they have given you a written quote. Be very careful when dealing with the Innovation group. They are robbing people. <br> <br> I'm trying to explain to the manger in simple terms that if you go to a store and a product is marked for R20. When you get to the till, you will pay R20.She cant seem to understand that. <br> <br> Please don't use the Innovation Group for extended warranties as they are ******** people.<br> <br> <br> I cant believe that a so call ''reputable international company '' has such *********** people working in their Johannesburg office. <br> <br> <br> Regards<br> Ashiveer
