Innovation group reap off one car service

Innovation group cheated me one service their saying I skiped service for 2020 forgetting that year 2020 we were on lock dawn no one was allowed to move around. On the 17 may 2022 I took my car for serving thinking we were doing 135 km service but they advice Ford to skip the 135 km service. They instructed Ford to do 160km and they said that was the last service for me so what about the 1 service I missed because of lock dawn? I feel it's unfair to be penalised because of the covid 19 pandemic. So since they skipped 135km to 160km than how will I go back and do 135km service because they left it blank.? I'm so disappointed with innovations group their reaping us our money.
