Innovation Group Poor Warrantee Cover for BMWs

I joined them just before my X2 went out of motor warrantee. Paid as I was supposed to each month. A year later when my oil filter housing started leaking and my shock had mechanical damaged they declined the claim. On the bases that the items are not exactly specified on the policy. I would never recommend them to anyone with a BMW. Their policy talked about covering pneumatic/ air shocks whereas my car had normal shocks. Engine and cooling system is mentioned in their cover but any interconnecting component failure its on your own cost. I had to pay the dealer R33K from my own pocket. Innovation Group is very useless and I'd suggest run the policy they provide you with your lawyers first before getting a warrantee cover from them. They have poor review and that is for a reason.
