INNOVATION GROUP POLICY AND SERVICE, PATHETIC DO NOT SUPPORT

Do not take out any policies with the INNOVATION GROUP tried to query a product that is covered under the policy, a CV JOINT DUST COVER/CV BOOTH, was told first that it is a wear and tear item even though it is covered under the policy UNDER THE TITLE DUST COVER, secondly I was questioned as if I intentionally damaged the part, thirdly I was told that the CV JOINT has to have a major failure for the component to be covered, so rather than pass a R1000 claim for the Cover they would rather pass a R15000 claim for the entire CV JOINT AND BOOTH. My advice steer clear from INNOVATION GROUP AND THIER PRODUCTS, I am sure the first thing If anyone makes a claim will be IT IS A WEAR AND TEAR ITEM, fantastic excuse to NOT PAY OUT.
