Innovation group PATHETIC SERVICE
Worst Service ever , i had to book my vehicle in 3 times from the 29th of december 2023 because this company cannot get information correct on a policy . my service claims are rejected because the information they put into my policy is incorrect , customer service agents in claims department are pathetic , you need to go back and forth with the service centre and innovation group because they do not contact your service back to let them know to go ahead with vehicle services . pathetic service
