INNOVATION GROUP, ONLY INNOVATIVE IN POOR SERVICE.

Innovation is literally the worst service provider. I am not sure why they are even still operating. I have an ongoing complaint since 06 November 2019 and to date has not been finalized. They told me my policy expired in July 2019 when I called them in November 2019 to get authorization for my 150 km service that was due. To my surprise, no one even bothered to call, the debit orders are still going off. Their consultants promised that they would cancel policy and refund me the premiums, which no one knows nothing about now. The service is appalling.
