Hi All If you decide to take an additional service plan/extension on your Toyota with the Innovation group , please note the following: 1. Refund period = 42 working days/ 2 months(cash payment) 2. No transparency - Additional admin charges with no info on actual admin charges even after 25 working days past. 3. No working admin system - Paid policy in cash, but once cancelled the onus is on you(customer) to provide proof of purchase, physical policy, bank payment confirmation etc. - Surely this must be on their system.
