Innovation group not so innovative with customer service
Could get NO SERVICE out of them to correct details on recent taken out serviceplan. Wrote numerous emails, Happy Moloi-not so happy with this persons service-actually cannot call it service Rose Makhubu could after 11 minutes not even transfer me sucessfully to manager Mpho-after 4 minutes could not successfully transfer me to manager. Assistance please!
