Innovation Group - Not innovating at all

Innovation Group .... Puts up this amazing and great benefit opportunity and are even willing to add the premium to your finance amount so that no upfront fees are required ..... This is a lie because even when requesting your recording snippets get provided and not the actual conversation. I am now sitting without funds to pay to get my vehicle repaired and Innovation group has the audacity to decline a claim that was processed and paid to the supplier in order to return my vehicle to its original state. They have the nerve to say flat out NO we cannot help any further.

All we requesting is the full recording and not snippets of the agreement we had because the snippets that they are leaving out is actually proving their liability to paying what is due.
