Innovation Group (MFC) Service Plan ****

<p>On the 31 of October 2016 I went to Auto Haus to book an appointment for my car for its 90000km service. I took out a service plan through Innovation group in the beginning of the year (2016) just after I bought my car in December 2015 through MFC. It was a sales call contract. To my demise I found out that I am only covered from 105000km. I recall that the sales consultant said that they will cover my next service which is 90000km. </p> <p>I tried to contact Innovation Group but was placed on hold for very long and since I was using my own airtime I did not have unlimited money to hold until someone decided to take my call. </p> <p>I emailed them several times during the period of the 31 October - 9 November and requested that someone call me back because my information on the contract was incorrect. Not only did they not cover my vehicle from the starting km as was discussed during the sales call, but they even got my odometer reading wrong! They had it as: 95000km, and I clearly told them the correct odometer reading during the sales call. They work with MFC who financed my car, so they have all the correct information regarding my vehicle!</p> <p>I requested them to rectify the mistakes on my contract. They only corrected the odometer reading once I emailed them proof from MFC that I bought my car on 81100km.</p> <p>They refused to correct the commencement of services starting km reading as was discussed during the sales call. I then requested that they send me a copy of the sales call as proof that it was discussed. They only informed me that they will investigate the matter, but did not send me a copy of the sales call which is my right as consumer as I am protected by the consumers act.</p> <p>Today is the 18 November, nearly a month later and I am still waiting for someone from Innovation Group to call me back. I asked them to respond quickly because my vehicle needs to go for its service and according the service plan's contract it is my obligation to: 1. only have vehicle serviced by authorised dealer. 2. Ensure that your vehicle is presented for servicing in accordance with manufacturer's recommendation (my vehicle needs to be serviced on TIME!!)).</p> <p>The following are my requests to Innovation: </p> <p>1. Send me a copy of the sales call</p> <p>2. Rectify the incorrect information on my contract and pay for my 90000km service, or refund me all the money that I have paid up until now, and cancel my policy.</p> <p> </p>
