Innovation group (MFC) nonsense company

Innovation group by Mfc think they are doing me a favour while I pay them monthly, I am very much disgust to say the least at this company and they are dragging Mfc's name into the mud as they are operating under their name. I took my car in for service at 144 000 instead of 135000 due to reasons that are none of their business and out of my control and they refused to pay for the 135 000 service and insisted that my car be serviced for 150 000 without even discuss this with me.My car got stuck today (22-05-2022) when I was on my way back home due to clutch failure (couldn't get car into gear) because this company refused to service my car for 135000 (full service). I will never recommend this company to anyone, very unprofessional and ***********. I will be taking this matter to the motor ombudsman without failure as I am very disappointed and disgusted at how I was treated as a customer.
