Innovation Group Maintenance Plan ****

Innovation Group’s maintenance/service plan is a complete **** and should never be taken for any car. I took a service plan when I bought my car in 2017…the service plan from innovation group was supposed to kick in, in 2020 after my cars standard free services for 3 years. Instead, innovation group kept telling me that the plan is expired and I didn’t even get one service from them. To this day , I have to argue with them every time I service my car. They always apparently “fix” the issue and then every year it’s the same story. Don’t waste your time with Innovation Group, they try their hardest not to pay for the services you paid for!
